Special Small Group Classes – 1 (Max 10 people)

Special Small Group (Max 10 people) 3 days in a week + Cross Training

The special small group classes have a maximum of 10 people, have an independent training area and utilize special cross training equipment. All Special small group classes start with 10 minutes of warm up and stretching, then 40  minutes of intensive technical training (heavy bag, pad work, partner training) and the last 10 minutes we finish up specialized cross-training.
